The Quilt

Last August, I was inspired by this lap quilt Amy Smart made for the Blair family. I thought it would be the perfect little quilt for when Van moves into a toddler bed. So I made one. I ordered some pre-cut squares from Amy's Etsy shop, picked out a few fabrics of my own, and voila! It was a lot of work and I couldn't have done it without help from friends and family. A special thanks to my mom for hand stitching the binding.

Yay! You finished it! It looks great, and I love your idea for the word book. I've been thinking about something similar, but I love how you spelled out the words with blocks, so cute!
