Van does not like the vacuum. In fact, he won't go near it. He's been trying to figure out why sometimes it will move about the floor with such thunder, while at other times it stands there quietly staring at him. Whenever we try to show him that it's not scary and that he can touch it, he quickly stiffens up and pulls back his hand.

Face Off
Van does not like the vacuum. In fact, he won't go near it. I'm still secretly terrified of the vacuum, too! I've seen them eat up toes that get in the way. Van's a smart boy!
That picture is awesome!!!! Get him a little toy one he can push around, it might help... it did with Leia at least.
Lincoln was the opposite. He loved the sound of the motor and would put his ear up against it every time it started.
