Spencer and I are now registered for our race. We will be running the Rock 'n' Roll Seattle half marathon on June 27th. All who are interested are welcome to join us. I can't guarantee that it will be fun, but I hear it will be worth it.

Yes. just follow the link to their website and you can register online. It gets more expensive after February.

I've never known you to run a race in your life. Kudos for starting out with a 1/2 marathon. Call me if you survive, I mean when you have recovered. :)
How are you doing this without me there to train you. Last half marathon I ran with Spencer, he creamed me.
Dad, The last time I didn't know I was running it until the day before but I was in good enough shape that it didn't matter. This time around it's going to take a lot more training to get me accross the finish line.
