Ok, Van wins the moving contest. He's amazing! We're lucky if Greta moves an inch scooting on her bum on the hardwood floor. We are sending her to remedial crawling courses. :) Miss you guys and want to see the action in person.

I think I can see him doing all of those things in the video except the capoeira. The downward-facing dog is my favourite.
