I recently updated to Picasa 3 and I'm thrilled with the new features. They now have a retouching tool, a text function, and an enhanced collage section. So much fun. Who needs PhotoShop when there's Picasa? Check it out.

I LOVE these collages. I'll have to figure it out when I get home. Greta plays with her feet just like Van. They are going to be best cousins!
