Zoo Day

Yesterday the Hogle Zoo offered free admission to all visitors so we decided to take advantage of the amazing deal. Tony and Nick met up with us, which was a great help to me. The weather was perfect and the animals were quite playful. Van was most interested in seeing the turtles, who knew?

Ice Castles

On Monday we celebrated Presidents Day by going to the Midway Ice Castles. It was a beautiful day and the castles were incredible. The boys had a good time, Gus included.

Gus' newborn acne is starting to show up. We'll see if it gets as bad as Van's did.

Mornings

The first thing Van says when he wakes up in the morning is, "Where's my baby brother?"

An Idiot Abroad

My brother Tony introduced me to this show. It's quite funny.

Chain of Events

We had some interesting weather this week. It progressed from 58 degrees to gusty winds to a snow storm and to keep up with the changes I had to get creative. Tuesday we went to Sunnyside Park, Wednesday we went swimming at the Sports Mall, and today we visited a construction site.
