Two Years

Today is our anniversary. It has been two wonderful and exciting years. To celebrate, we're going to Victoria for the weekend.

Baby News

Spencer and I are having a baby. I'm due on July 9th. My second trimester has officially started; the first one was a breeze. Right now I'm having a hard time finding things in my closet that I like and that actually fit well.

Merry Christmas

Wrapping

A week or so ago I stopped by PaperSource to pick up a couple rolls of paper (well, what I thought were rolls); it's really nice paper, but awfully expensive for how little you get. I through in a cheaper roll from Michaels and here's how our presents turned out. Spencer and I finished our shopping on Saturday and everything is wrapped and under the tree. Can't wait for tomorrow!

Christmas Wish #7

I love the pattern on this house pillow from Pottery Barn. Wouldn't it be a nice way to dress up a living room or family room? One day, when I have a place of my own, I hope to see this little guy there.

Happy Birthday Angie

Today is my sister's 30th birthday. She just became a new mommy and now she's celebrating thirty years. Hope you have a wonderful day Angie!

No Time for Blogging

Now that I'm a working woman and don't get to use the internet on company time, I no longer have as much time as I would like for blogging. Not only that, but my life has just become even more boring than before.

Employed

After two and a half months of looking for work I will finally be starting a new job tomorrow at Gale Contractor Services. My social work degree is really going to come in handy while I answer phones and input data into a computer. This picture you see is going to be the story of my life.

I Love Seattle

I've been doing a lot of driving into the city lately and every time I go I love what I see. I love, love, love Seattle. It's so beautiful and fun. I can't get enough of it.

Christmas Wish #6

Now that I live in the Pacific Northwest, it's about time I outfitted myself in rain gear. What I'd really love are some adorable wellies to keep my feet nice and dry.

Birthday Shout Outs

Today I wanted to take the time to send birthday wishes to two of my dear, dear friends, Megan and Betsy. Megan is celebrating her birthday today and Betsy tomorrow. They are both truly magnificent! Here's wishing them a Happy Birthday!

O Christmas Tree

Here's the finished product of our beautiful Christmas tree. We brought our ornaments together with James and Tracy's and I love how it turned out.

Tree Hunt

On Saturday we were able to go to a tree farm and cut down our own Christmas tree. It was so much fun. I really loved trekking through the snow and searching for the perfect one. It was an entirely new experience for me; quite different from your typical pre-cut tree lot.

Traveling

Spencer's away for training this week. He's in Vancouver today and tomorrow, then leaves Wednesday night for San Francisco. He'll be in The City by the Bay until Friday. It's been a long time since we've spent this much time apart. Wish I could go with him.
